Pickard’s Small Field is a 10 acre site surrounded by
mature deciduous trees.

Hab Oakus is working with Swindon Borough Council to build a development of around 180 homes and to unlock the potential of the fabulous green space which surrounds the site.

By creating a community which is beautifully designed, respectful towards the environment and a pleasure to live in we hope to set a benchmark for future development both in Swindon and across the UK.
